Snack Off Competition: Rules and Participation

Welcome to the Snack Off Competition, where culinary creativity meets a race against the clock! Show off your snack-making skills in this fast-paced and fun event. Below, you’ll find all the details you need to participate, judge, or simply enjoy as a taster at our live taping.

Competition Rules

Judging Criteria

Contestants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  1. Plating: How visually appealing and well-presented is the snack?
  2. Creativity: How unique and inventive is the snack idea?
  3. Taste: How delicious and well-balanced are the flavors?
  4. Communication and Use of Ingredients: How well does the contestant explain their dish and effectively use the provided ingredients?

Time Limit

  • Each contestant will have 14 minutes to prepare and plate their snack.

Ingredients

  • A mystery basket of ingredients will be provided at the start of the competition.
  • Contestants must use all the ingredients in their basket, but they can also use additional pantry items available at the venue.
