Welcome to the Hooper Challenge! Are you ready to take your basketball game to the next level while also focusing on overall health and wellness? Here’s how it works:

Challenge Details:

  • Duration: 8 Weeks
  • Activity Requirement: Log your basketball workouts at least twice a week.
  • Reward: Earn 5 coins per day for each logged basketball workout, with a maximum of 50 coins that can be earned per week.

Badges and Rewards:

  • Dribble Head Badge: Achieve by consistently logging your basketball workouts for 4 weeks straight.
  • 3 Point Shooter Badge: Achieve by consistently logging your basketball workouts for 6 weeks straight.
  • Baller Badge: Achieve by consistently logging your basketball workouts for all 8 weeks.

Additional Activities and Rewards:

  • Gym Check-In: Check in at Prospect Park YMCA gym and earn 5 coins per day.
  • Meet Trainer: Attend a session with a trainer and earn 15 coins per session.
  • Log Meals: Log your meals and earn 5 coins per day.
  • Set Appointments with Medical Professional: Earn 15 coins per visit.
  • Create Recipe: Share your recipes and earn 10 coins per entry.
  • Buy Groceries: Earn 2% coins back for each dollar spent on groceries.

  • Prospect Park YMCA: Utilize the facilities for your workouts and check-ins.

Rewards Utilization:

  • Tournaments: Use your earned badges to enter tournaments and showcase your skills.
  • Team Invitations: Earn badges and recognition to be invited to teams for further basketball opportunities.
