      Cut Zucchini into quarters.

      Bake Zucchini at 450 Degreees for 10 minutes (optional)

      Soak soy chunks for 10 minutes then Sautee with onions and coconut oil.

      Place soy chunks, couscous, raisins on top of the Zucchini.
